ℹ How Client Health Works
Each client gets a health score from 0 to 100 based on three factors:
● Good (80-100) - Recent scans, plenty of receipts, few missing details.
● Fair (50-79) - Some gaps: no scans for 2+ weeks, or several receipts missing images, VAT, or categories.
● Poor (0-49) - No scans for 60+ days, very few receipts, or many data quality issues.
Factors: Last scan date (how recently the client used the app), Receipt count (enough records for the tax year), and Data quality flags (missing VAT, images, or categories). A healthy client scans regularly and keeps their records complete.
